A. IN CASE OF DEFECTS
In the event you receive a defective product or the product is not the one you ordered, you have the right either to request a replacement, completely charge-free, or to cancel your order and request a refund of the money provably paid to us.
To this end, you should contact us as soon as possible by phone on 23210 – 78901, or by email at email@example.com, in order to inform us in particular about the problem with the products delivered and to let us know if you would like:
- Replacement of products, (being valid as new, free of charge, order)
- or cancellation of your order, whenever we return your money after 7 (seven) business days, after we receive the products you should have returned to FLOS S.A. on the condition that you have inform us about your bank account details, where we can deposit the refund.
In any case you should send us the products, using the courier company, through which you received your order and not another company of your choice, because in this case you will be charged the shipping costs. Send the parcel using the courier center by which you received it and inform them to be charged to FLOS S.A., at INDUSTRIAL AREA of Serres. P.C. 62500. You can also call the courier who delivered the products to you and ask them to come pick up the parcel from your place, free of any extra charge.
A prerequisite for changing / returning the product:
- not to be used.
- not to be internally deteriorated or externally damaged.
- to be returned at the SAme time as proof of purchase.
- in order to protect the product box, be in original or similar packaging.

B. UNREASONABLE WITHDRAWAL
In any event, you may cancel your order permanently, freely, free of charge and without needing to mention any reason (e.g. defect in product) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the order date or receipt- with the restriction not to unpack the products (not to “open” the package we used to ship to you).
Order Cancellation / Withdrawal Procedure
In order to exercise the right to cancel an order before receiving it, send a text message to firstname.lastname@example.org and contact us by phone for confirmation (23210-78901).
The message should include the following information:
- Full name – Father’s name
- Product / Products and Order Quantity
- Order number
- Contact details (Phone, email)
In the event of an order cancellation within the deadline and if you have provably deposited an amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from FLOS S.A. the full amount you may have paid. The amount will be credited after seven (7) business days from the cancellation of the order or the date on which FLOS S.A. receive this amount (subject to the most recent date being two), subject to the condition that you have given us your bank account, where we can deposit your refund.
We specify that any amount commitments made (from your bank or credit card etc.) are charged to you and are not refundable either by the third parties who made them, or of course by FLOS S.A., which will not have collected their amount.
If you have received your order and have not unpacked it, as stated above – the S.A.me applies, except that within 14 calendar days of the day you announced your decision to withdraw, you should have return us at your own expense the products, which should be in the condition received by you, intact and without damage, together with all the documents that came with the product (shipping note, Invoice or Retail Receipt) and that, if you have provably deposited money for your order, you are entitled to take it in full (excluding bookings, required by the bank, etc.) after the expiration of 7 (seven) business days, after receiving of the products returned to FLOS S.A. provided that they are duly returned as stated above (otherwise the products will not be accepted, will be refunded to the customer and shipping costs will be charged to him) and provided that you have given us your bank account, in which we will be able to deposit the refund.
